Executive Team
As the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Synertex LLC., Randy provides the vision and long term strategy for the company. He establishes strategic partnerships to identify new business opportunities that drive the company’s growth. Randy brings exceptional large business expertise and small business know-how to Synertex, having been a founding partner in a successful small business startup (Cyberspace Solutions LLC.) and holding Senior Management positions at Assured Enterprises Inc. and L-3 Communications Inc.
Jesse Nielsen is the Managing Partner of Synertex LLC. Jesse leveraging experience from over 15+ years supporting the IC and DoD is responsible for the day to day operations of Synertex. Most recently Jesse was recognized by the Armed Forces Electronics Communications Association (AFCEA) as a recipient of their 40 under 40 award. Where awardees have made a significant contribution to supporting their client through the use of information technology and providing innovation and thought leadership in a technology and engineering field.
As the Operations Director for Synertex LLC, Mr. Holland monitors and improves daily business functions, identifies, tracks and analyzes key metrics based on the company’s business goals and helps measures the efficiency of systems and processes. He also oversees the recruiting, staffing and on-boarding of personnel, as well as championing projects for the CEO and Managing Partner. Mr. Holland is a retired Air Force CMSgt with 38 years’ experience in the Intelligence Community. He graduated from the USAF Morse Intercept School, Keesler AFB, Mississippi in 1982 and served at numerous overseas assignments as a Morse code operator, Watch Mission Superintendent, Joint Operations Superintendent, and an Air Force Operations Support Squadron Superintendent. He holds an Associates in Applied Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and Bachelors of Science in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University.
As the Chief Growth Officer, Rob identifies markets for Synertex’s service and technology offerings. Leveraging more than 15 years in the defense and intelligence industry, Rob helps develop technical solutions, capture strategies, and proposal efforts to support the entire spectrum of business growth. Rob’s career started in the U.S. Army, serving in a variety of roles ranging from infantryman to congressional liaison, before moving to the private sector in 2010. He has deployed several times to southwest Asia and locations across the globe, both as a service member and as a contractor. Rob’s forte, and passion, is applying emerging technologies to operational mission sets such as intelligence, reconnaissance, and surveillance (ISR), deep learning, and behavioral analytics.
Outside of Synertex, Rob volunteers and serves on the board of a therapeutic horseback riding charity, SPIRIT Open Equestrian Program, and participates in several community and veterans’ advocacy groups.
